Red Alert 3: Transcending adds 8 new commanders to the game:
Empire of the Rising Sun: Takara Sato
Sovies: Vera Belova
Allied: Douglas Hill, Lydia Winters, Robert Bingham, Tanya Adams
For both the Empire and the Soviets there are also 2 bonus commanders.
Theres one more multiplayer color in uprising also the empire logo is different.

The empire logo won't be changed.
