Civilization 2 - Alpha Centauri Scenario Remaster mod

This is a small bonus project as I prepare to release my other bigger Civ2 mods to the world! I recently discovered John Valez and Andrew Livings's old unfinished Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri modpack at CivFanatics and it saddened me that they never finished it. I lack the time to finish what they started however I also recently rescued John Mavin's cool Alpha Centauri scenario, so I thought it would be fun to combine the more authentic SMAC modpack graphics with J Mavin's finished scenario so that Civ2MGE players can finally get the SMAC looking scenario they always wanted. It's 20 years too late but I'm doing it anyway haha! More details coming soon!
