This is a scenario that merges together John Mavin’s Alpha Centauri Civ2 scenario with assets from John Valdez & Andrew Livings's SMAC Civ2 Mod Project and Dracon's (SMAC) Ripoff Pack II for Civ2 into one unified scenario with lots of extra bells and whistles thrown in by me. We never got a finished authentic SMAC scenario for Civ2, so I thought it would be fun to combine these projects into one so that Civ2MGE players can finally get the SMAC looking scenario they always wanted. It's 20 years too late but I'm doing it anyway haha!
