Bruh it says in the past that it has been worked on by 3 other teams. Meaning this guy probably thought it may have been the same team back in 2007-08. Which it wasn't. That’s why he remembers it 13 years ago and been picked up by tRipmine studios in 2012

The models are retopologized, meaning the poly count was reduced from 20k to 5k for optimization.

I'm assuming you did "impulse 101" in the console? Any weapons that you don't get in Div 1.2 have their textures, sounds, and animations removed because you aren't supposed to get them in 1.2. This isn't a bug as you aren't normally supposed to get all the weapons at the start. They'll start coming into the arsenal once later Divisions are released.
