Blue199 - Our Report
Just to clear something up before we go into this document.
The victim was 15/16 and Blue was 23. In the victim's home country the age of consent is 15 and in Blue’s home country the age of consent is 15, they were between the ages of consent but given the circumstances morally what happened between them was wrong.
In the current state, there’s little information everything seen today are things we had to search for. Once we get updates on the situation this document will be updated
You may have seen Blue199 somewhere around the Half-Life community at least once. Whether it was in the comments of a ModDB page, or a Discord server or even YouTube comments section. Blue has worked with us on a mod as well with co-writing the script for Radiated, an HL2 mod. For a long time, Blue was like a friend to us and helped with morale in our team. Unfortunately however, recent talks have been made with a discovery that shocked us just as much as everyone else with the involved. Blue199, 22/23-year-old adult groomed a 15-year-old minor on Discord DMs.
The minor in question came up to one of the moderators of our public server, talking about his ‘’boyfriend’’ to which we asked what was the age of the aforementioned ‘’boyfriend’’. Apparently, they started dating somewhere in late January, but we’re not sure on that front.
It is evident within this timeframe Blue199 was able to groom this minor into a relationship with him. Through the screenshots, it seems as if nothing entirely malicious was happening between them though this would change quite quickly on the 10th of February when Blue sent the minor a pornographic picture of himself.
It’s pretty obvious to me that Blue was looking to receive though we have no concrete evidence that this was the case
Now you might be wondering “Why haven’t you taken this to the police?” The simple answer is I’ve been unable to contact the police where Blue or the victim lives. We have reported all of this to Discord and they deactivated Blues account and the victims. We did not go out of our way to report the victims account however. They were just caught in the crossfire though they did breach TOS
We do not have a log for Blues account but we’re pretty sure he got his account terminated for participating in sexually explicit behaviour knowingly with someone under the age of 18.
To end this off document I have to say that if you’ve been contacted by Blue and have exhibited behaviour shown in this document when you were underage then speak out.
I highly doubt this is the only minor he was speaking to.

Nope, I have not been contacted by them.. But wow, Moddb gets invaded by scum more everyday..First Messup mod makers, then people from countries like Poland and Romania who have crayons in their ears that don't follow the rules and now scum like this?
I'm really upset that this has happened, honestly I was skeptical of this at first because he seemed like a really nice guy from my past interactions with him, it's a shame how the internet can sometimes bring the out worst in a persons behavior. 😿
Nonetheless thank you for bringing this to mine and everyone else's attention, groomers should never get away scot free.

Thank you for bringing this up. As a fellow polish citizen im absolutely disgusted with this. Sad to see that a guy that seemed so nice would even think about doing something so depraved. I wish I could do something about it but since no one really has any info on where he lives and such im afraid nothing can be done aside from exposing him.

Well, that was completely unexpected. I had no interactions with this guy before, nonetheless I got pretty surprised by this. I guess the Source community having a plenty of sick people is a real thing.
It is a damn shame, I actually knew both of these people and it hurts knowing this was who they were. I am just disappointed more than anything else, I expected better and this is not what I would have expected. The victim, from what I know, seems to be doing better recently (though I can't completely confirm this because she doesn't seem to talk much anymore, only here and there, but again, I could be wrong). Overall, **** Blue199, he should have known better and I am beyond disappointed with him.
