lol yea, I guess the Dev wanted to give you an "action effect" feel to the camera while fighting but its pretty annoying.

Not true, when you finish a battle and push tab it counts as a loss and failure of a quest. This mod is unplayable in its current state.

I was hoping that the 2.01 patch would fix the video stuttering but I was wrong, I hope you guys put out a real performance update for this mod. And its not my rig, I get 60 fps on DayZ and other cpu heavy games.

No, you would be lucky to run Oblivion with 1 gig ram let alone Skyrim. Unless you disable several in game effects to compensate for performance, you'll need to upgrade your comp.

Especially if you want to run mods in the future that demand more.

Just about everything you've suggested is for changes to the gameplay, this game is purely an environment renovation. You should ask the creator of Shifter for features along that line.

You can see the spread while using the pistol, I've never noticed the projectiles for rifles.

I agree, it feels very politically driven. Unfortunately, it is not a fun game that offers alot of options. It reminds me of the old Conkers Bad Fur Day multiplayer mini game where illegal immigrants run for the escape point to be driven off into safety and past the soldiers.

Once again, this is not the case. I downloaded TF2 for free and received the Source SDK without a premium account.
