One of the first things you may notice in the title is that the "B" is missing from VTMB, this is not an accident. The Final Nights is an expansion to an otherwise flawless video game built upon the success of the Camarilla Edition series of mods. The "B" has been removed because this expansion can no longer bare the name Bloodlines as it is so far removed from the original game as to warrant the name change. The idea behind this expansion is, and always will be the notion of a completely new experience unlike we've seen so far. With 7 completely brand new clans, 5 new disciplines, extra quests, new NPCs, new game mechanics and new music, the features seem endless. All of this is being built upon the Camarilla Edition series incorporating such things as the blood timer system, pedestrian blood dolls, and the new combat system. Combined we feel the name Bloodlines must be removed from this game, and thus we now simply have "The Final Nights".

TFN Fans,

So it appears that releasing a major overhaul update such as TFN 1.5 HD does NOT update the TFN page which notifies fans to get over here and download it. I've been notified by such fans who didn't even know it was uploaded yesterday, so I'm creating this article to officially announce that 1.5 HD is uploaded and ready to play as of yesterday.

Along with that, I am going to re-post my video "How To Install" guide for those of you less technologically inclined... because we love you too! Lastly, you can't always be playing TFN so why don't you pop over to my YouTube channel and watch my "Let's Play" while you're eating your sandwich taking a TFN break... who knows, you might even learn a trick or two. :)

Happy Halloween folks and I hope this latest release wets your pallets and gets your vitae flowing for October 31st!

Following up - there may be a fatal problem with the Steam version. In Hollywood, doing the quest for Isaac where you go into the Internet Cafe and find the PC with the "josefk" directory. Normally that's the PC where "Noob Camper" is scrawled into the wall above it. But that PC's not active, and none of the active ones have that directory. So, it's impossible to meet the guy with the DMP tape and move the main plot forward.

Googling around, I saw one other person had the same problem with the Steam version.

The "josefk" computer is now in the back, you have to go through the door to get to it. I moved it because the Samedi were alerting everyone when they'd use it.

Great work Zer0morph. I've watched a few of your vids on this, and it's obvious how much hard work went into TFN, 1.5 especially. Hope you had as much fun creating it as I and everyone else has been having playing it.

A couple observations (which might have been mentioned somewhere already). Install was done on top of the Steam edition.

1. # of masquerade violations remains constant between saved games. My first run through, I got a couple violations, then loaded an old save where I'd had 0 violations. Then checked char sheet, and the # of violations was the same as the game I'd just abandoned. Had to resort to using the console (which I hate doing).

2. Dancing icon no longer shows up when I move onto the dance floor in any venue for some reason.

1. I'm not sure I can help you on this one but if I find a solution, I'll let you know.

2. The Baali clan cannot dance to raise their humanity so the icons were removed, are you by any chance playing as a Baali?

I am playing a Baali, & have unlocked the part of Daimaimon that lets you summon a demon, but that isn't showing up on my discipline wheel. Is there some other way to do this?

Press K and choose where you want that power to be. They work just like quickslots from MMOs. After that you just have to press the corresponding number to activate a power.

I'm not sure if you changed how humanity works on your mod - so I don't know if I should talk to you or Wasp, about a peculiar situation I stumbled upon, while playing with a low humanity vampire: If you are at 3 humanity or below, watching those criminals inside Ground Zero, getting killed by those Tzimisce monsters, makes you lose humanity. They are treated as innocent, which coudn't be true by any stretch of imagination.

Oh yeah, I never thought about those guys dying, then you losing humanity. Did it make you lose the game?

Technically, those guys would be considered innocent, because they don't meet the criteria of murderer, thief, etc... Obviously according to God's standard, they are guilty, but in the world of darkness, they're innocent. We could debate the morality all day though.

Hmm, not sure you remember the lines the surviving thug says down there. Apparently they been dragging hookers and homeless people there to make "movies" - the kind you don't live afterwards. So they definitely not innocent. This indeed did make me lose the game, but I had exp to spare, so i just bought "humanity" points. Anyway this is probably Wesp's thing.

I love this mod! For a while, I felt burned out on playing VtM:B until I found this gem. :D The gameplay difficulty is slightly amped up, which I appreciate, due to all of the modifications. The Camarilla Edition changes to the Blood Healing system, the fact that Haggle is almost necessary, increase in difficulty to Inspection/Seduction [the latter being virtually useless, anyway, but it forces you to "fend for yourself" which seems more realistic]... And I am in *love love love* with the fact that…
