So Ive finally decided to kill off the mod, my ideas and dreams of becoming a successful and fun mod were made true and a large community was generated of people who wanted to kill zombies, but know my ideas have perished along with my time and my motivation.

Theres only so much you can do and what i did was fun and very educational, the source engine is a great engine to work with but id rather help others than drag around a mod that has halted in motivation and generally an actual team.

RIP Aftermath

The mod only requires the SDK, nothing else.

Hey, you know those hands that look blob-like that you use in this mod?
well, I found out that they share the same texture names as the ones in Counter-Strike: Source. so, you can use those hand textures, and they look a lot better in my opinion!
and for that same reason, you can use the CStrike gun models!

I made all the hand textures myself to match the player models i will never change them.. The weapons are all based off counter-strike rigs and thus use a counter-strike uv map.

Do you guys have a tutorial on how to set sdk for this? I'm making a mall map for ZPS but I think it would fit better for this mod. (

Looks nice, i was going to make one but haven't had time there is a video tutorial in the videos section of this page but is slightly out of date. The barrier setup is the same but zombies spawn on one entity "as_spawnpoint". If you need more help i can make a video for you or we can add the stuff in for you ( setting up weapon spawns, barriers, spawn points, and the navigation mesh )

I love this game lots, and I'm pretty sure you (The dev) have already thought of this but would you mind switching the fast zombies to the normal slow-ish zombies cuz its pretty hard to get to later waves. Could make the sprint less to compensate or make the character weaker. Also I can't find the pack-a-punch, if its in the game, rotfl.
