Aftermath is a hl2 mod which involves the player killing waves of the undead with your friends or alone using weapons, your knife or even blow them up with grenades and set them alight with Molotov's.

Aftermath is point based and requires you to buy weapons and doors with points gained from killing zombies, new features include barriers which allow you to slow down zombies by blocking their path, zombie dismemberment, weapon upgrading, combo bonuses and more maps.

So Ive finally decided to kill off the mod, my ideas and dreams of becoming a successful and fun mod were made true and a large community was generated of people who wanted to kill zombies, but know my ideas have perished along with my time and my motivation.

Theres only so much you can do and what i did was fun and very educational, the source engine is a great engine to work with but id rather help others than drag around a mod that has halted in motivation and generally an actual team.

on rounds after 23, the zombies die in 1 hit.

when you die and then continue, you can only use 1 gun.

on zs_harbor, the zombies get stuck behind the shipping containers on the end of the dock.

the server.dll file in the bin of the mod is for 0.3a, not 0.4a.

the shipping container that you can lift in zs_containerville can be used at any time, and it doesn't take your points away.

though it costs as many points as it says, you must have more point then how much it costs to use anything.

----here are some requests I have-----

make the zombie spawns on zs_condemned closer to the house, as it takes a while for them to get to the house in the first few rounds.

make the P226 on zs_diehard cost less then the Mac10 at the spawn point.
it doesn't make sense that a Pistol costs more than a Sub-Machine gun.

make a sprint gauge, so you can tell how much longer you can run for.

and finally, make it so you can always see the ammo in your gun, not just when you are shooting.

Thanks these are really helpful!, im not sure on the menu music but ill have a proper listen later when im working on the mod.

Thanks for the translation it always helps bring that extra something to the mod when someone has english as a second language.

I did, then i got massively attacked by the community moaning it's a COD zombies clone so i took it off and have been working on removing and replacing features from the mod that were massively inspired by COD zombies.

The mod's barrier problem is now fixed!, the spawn point that zombies spawn from know have an feature which disallows the zombie hitting barriers allowing the traditional spawn instead of a barrier spawn.

This fixes the zombies hitting barriers after spawning and they will only focus on players!

I love this game lots, and I'm pretty sure you (The dev) have already thought of this but would you mind switching the fast zombies to the normal slow-ish zombies cuz its pretty hard to get to later waves. Could make the sprint less to compensate or make the character weaker. Also I can't find the pack-a-punch, if its in the game, rotfl.
