Dawn of the Tiberium Age (DTA) is a stand-alone mod that combines Tiberian Dawn (C&C 95) and Red Alert. While classic mode gets as close to the original game-play and balance as possible, Enhanced mode provides improved game balance and a lot of fun new stuff. DTA features many customization options for Skirmish and multiplayer (where you can play as GDI, Nod, Allies and Soviet on over 200 maps), challenging original singleplayer missions, as well as co-op missions. Since this is a stand-alone mod, you don't require anything but the mod itself to be able to play: the original game is not required.

i like the sound of disable ships (for some occasions), and no bad crates.

how much of a buff is turbo vehicles? just speed or anything else?

If you've played Red Alert, you know that vehicles are quite fast there. This game option is especially for the players who actually prefer the gameplay this way, although I'm personally not a fan because it makes infantry useless.

What's Silos Needed? A feature where we don't need silos anymore?

Disabling that option indeed makes it unnecessary to build silos, no matter how much tiberium or ore you harvest.
The credits are not stored in any building at all when this option is disabled, meaning that you also won't lose all credits if your refineries are destroyed.

DTA provides quality updates. I remember when Bittah was first working on this project and it was not even a beta. The good ol' MSN days. Glad to see this project has flourished.

Do amphibious transports count as ships? I mean, once disabled, you can't expand onto new islands.
The least you could do then is making the MCVs amphibious like RA3 (I've done the same to them and expansion vehicles in my "supreme" mods for RA2 and YR, although that is permanent)

DTA has no amphibious vehicle transports, the Tiberian Sun engine does not support vehicles that are able to transport other vehicles.

However, DTA has Carryalls (Chinooks), which are able to pick up MCVs and deliver them anywhere on the map, including islands. With ships disabled, you still have carryalls.
