I've installed three things to Misery

Weapons And Ammo Mod For Misery 2.1

Misery : The Armed Zone Mod

Compability Patch Between Misery: The Armed Zone And Weapons And Ammo Mod

The game run fine with no crashes when I'm playing as the Assaulter, but, I don't want to play as the assaulter. Every time I attempt to play the game as the USS Sniper Ill click the start game button thing, the game goes to the loading screen and instantly crashes.

Try copying the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stalker Call of Pripyat\gamedata\class_diversity\assaulter\gamedata\configs\weapons wpn_357 file from the assaulter section of the class diversity folder into the sniper section. Or, you could copy and merge the entire assaulter weapons folder over the sniper on and start a new sniper game. I would try just the weapon file vs. the folder. Not sure how many weapons would be different between the two classes.

Wpn_357 isn't in the assaulter folder. Could that be the reason?

I would ask mp5lng on the TAZ page (The Armed Zone) maybe your install is incomplete or needs a patch. I don't think there was a 357 in the Misery Mod so I would guess it has something to do with the add-on. Check and be sure you only have one installation of COP and TAZ on your computer. I know a few guys who had installs on their C drive as well as another and were applying patches/changes/mods to the wrong install.

Mines a steam install, so I know I was installing it in the right folder. But, alright, I suppose. The wpn_357 isn't even in the mods when I looked through the folders. I see textures for it, but not the file that is causing the issue.

wpn_357 would be the item name for a spawner, usually a weapon file would be like w_357 in the weapons folder. I have an SSD with my OS on it and once upon a time my game files. Later I moved my steam library and all game and mod files to a different drive. Some people start with a standard HD and then graduate to a faster one and move things. Sometimes they just create a new library on the new drive and forget to delete the old one. I would try uninstalling the TAZ mod briefly (make a copy of any saved games noting that they are TAZ related) See if you can start a new game as Sniper with just Misery 2.1.1 installed. A couple questions just to not assume too much: Did you install the Mod on a clean 1.602 install of COP and as administrator? Did you install the TAZ add-on and patch as administrator? Did you then start a new game? You almost always need to start a new game after applying a mod or add-on. Other than that, mp5lng is a super helpful guy and I'm sure he will help you figure it out.
