While the TEC, Advent and Vasari are embroiled in their own struggles for survival a new threat has emerged, intent on spreading it's infectious plague throughout the universe. The sickening ruthlessness in which entire populations are infected or destroyed is alarming to the TEC, Advent and Vasari alike. If the Plague wasn't enough they were immediately followed yet another race calling themselves the Nephilim. The initial encounter with the "Nephilim" held promise they would unite in defeating the Plague. However, Initial attempts at diplomacy have failed as the Nephilim seem single purposed in their pursuit of the Plague.
Description
Please Download the file, extract with 7 zip and place into a new Sins of the Fallen (D) Alpha folder. This should NOT overwrite an existing installation. Please delete any previous installation for Diplomacy 1.2 if necessary. This is a full release and should NOT be overlaid with a previous downloaded the Alpha 0.2 version

yay a diplomacy 1.2 version :D...i have wars on hold but now they can continue >:D

No. This is only for Diplomacy 1.2 and will not work with previous versions.
I installed it through the mod folder Dip v1.2 folder and when i start the game I get a instant mini-dump. Any way of fixing that?
Sorry to hear about your issues. However, the mod works fine with Diplomacy v1.2 and does not mini-dump on start. Did you follow the instructions and delete any previous installations of the mod in the v1.2 directory. This version is NOT a patch and should not be overlaid on a previous version (0.2.4 or earlier) in the v1.2 mod directory.
Nope I have never downloaded this before and my Dip v1.2 is clean.
What are your system specs?
Don't know right off the top of my head but i got a 3.6 qaud core i think 1024 video card i have no problems running SINS
I ask because some systems don't have enough ram to run due to the content added by mods. I did download and verify the mod today and did not experience any issues. Are you able to run other mods, like Maelstrom for instance?
Also, have you tried downloading again in case you got a bad archive? I hear that happens occasionally.
I'm about to download Maelstrom tonight and will post what happens with that tomorrow.
I downloaded Maelstrom for entrenchment v1.051 and it works perfectly
I'm curious why did you download maelstrom entrenchment when we are looking at potential Diplomacy 1.2 issues?

well i managed to get the mod to run but when i open the research menu it freezes up then crashes
What are your system specs? Does the Entrenchment version have the same issue?
