RotR Widescreen Command / Control Bar Upgrade v2 addon - Rise of the Reds mod for C&C: Generals Zero Hour
Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

thank you for bringing an updated version because the old one, still has some crashes. but its an improvement so good comparing of the old command bar.
Just thinking, it could be a memory thing, how much RAM do you have? And do you have gentool and/or genpatcher? Not sure if one of them extends available memory to 4gb (32bit apps had a 2gb limit).
A doubling of resolution means a quadrupling of file size. There's a fair few BIG texture files here.
i have 8gb ram on my laptop. i have win10 x64 and i have last version of gentool and genpatcher and i installed all the modifications suggested by them
simple but great touch
please can you do something about the crash. i still get it with this latest version. after 5 minutes i start a game in skirmish, the game suddently crashed without errors. one thing i forgot to mention is, i use dx9 wrapper and customOST for rotr
Hey, there's nothing I can do about the crash other than suggest you don't use the dx9 wrapper.
All this addon does is replace some textures and change some texture coordinates.
Can't speak for any other system but on mine, using the dx9 wrapper will crash the game no matter what mods are installed.
I don't understand, I have installed this mod to get back the old bar, but the buttons for the challenge and story mode disappeared and got greyed out from the menu.
