SWR is a modding team based from a couple of online friends from all over the world.
As a team we are currently working on 4 Projects for the game "Command and Conquer Generals Zerohour":

Rise of the Reds (ROTR)

It obviously isn't to the whole Philippines as we have several Filipino members on the forums already. If there's a problem I'd say the odds are it's at your end. Try clearing your browser's cache and see if that works.

hi SWR team. i juts want you to help me solve my problem, i tried to launch the mod shockwave for zero hour but it donesn't work, i even reinstalled zero hour and i also got the first decade version and the 0.951 patch for 0.95 but it still won't work so please help me i really want to play the game.

Precisely. Having other mods installed or not having Zero Hour patched to the correct version will cause conflicts with ShockWave that will stop it from being able to run.
I want to ask the SWR team - I love your mod Shockwave, and I am really good, when I play with General Ironside. A year ago me and my friends decided to make a mod for Generals Zero Hour. So, I want to ask you something:
First, when we changed the scripts in the BIG files, the mods could not open. Can you tell me how can I edit the BIG file and it can work?
Second: Please, please, please! Tell me about the program you use to make the models... I am desperate. I have searched all over the internet, but I couldn't find a program, which I can make models with... and, my last hope is you... please, write to me!

I'm personally not very experienced with modding, instead acting more as SWR's publicity manager here and on other miscellaneous sites. Those who are knowledgeable about scripts et cetera very rarely visit Moddb. As such I'd be compelled to direct you to our forums:

Where we have dedicated boards for discussion of modding matters (and a great deal of other things under the sun too) and a community of hundreds of active members who'd love to help, including the mod team members you seek.
With regards to model-making programs, I believe that the main program used by the team is either the freeware GMax (now no longer readily available IIRC) or the very-much-not-free-at-all-ware Autodesk 3D Studio Max. Various plugins can be used to convert models into the format used by Generals, though I believe the process involved with skinning and coding them right is rather involved. Again, people on the forums should be able to give you better information and direct you to a suitable solution.
