An expansion/overhaul mod of epic proportions, with entirely rebalanced gameplay, expanded factions, new gametypes, graphical overhauls, and five new factions; stealth-based Confederate Revolutionaries, tower defense-inspired Atomic Kingdom of China, economy-focused Mediterranean Syndicate, DotA-esque Order of the Talon and spammy Electrical Protectorate.
The Riot Agent Corps is a United Kingdom-based unit that was brought into existence during the darkest days of the Third Great World War. As Soviet forces closed in on the British Isles, the civilian population began to panic and the threat of a complete breakdown of order became prominent. Riot Agents, equipped with flashbang grenade launchers, were deployed to counter this threat, and within weeks the threat had diminished to almost nothing (though a spike in police brutality incidences were noted by the media, an inevitable result of deploying military units to keep order with civilians.)
As well as flashbang grenades, which can stun enemy infantry from a distance and silence defensive structures and garrisoned buildings, the modern Riot Agent is equipped with GOOP grenades, a viscious gray-green liquid charge the hardens around tracks, wheels and legs to freeze enemy vehicles in place while larger machines can be brought to bear. The Riot Agent has a very long range and can fire indirectly over walls and other obstructions.
wow not bad you did the concept justice!
Nice concept.. Is it a woman? I think i see boobies!!
Yes. The Riot Agent is female. If you insist you may begin your catcalls, though I rather wish you didn't.
nice
In 'silencing' garrisoned structures, does that mean they are de-garrisoned (the units within forcibly evicted and stunned), or are the units inside killed?
Otherwise quite a good model, although maybe a backpack of sorts to show where the grenades come from?
She "stuns" structures, giving peacekeepers a better opportunity to close in and force enemies out.
Interesting. But Peacekeepers are pretty much unstoppable when it comes to flushing buildings anyway, being near-invulnerable with those damn shields. Nevertheless, stunning garrisons is interesting, and could be useful.
Nice, really well done, but perhaps the face is too long, although that may be fixed by textures...
thanks for the positive comments =) the original model had more detail but to keep the vert count low I had to take much out. The smoothing groups- while looking better with textures, will make it hard to see detail in an untextured form. The face looked ok in max- but if it becomes a major issue a tweaking of the verts can sorth that out no problem.
