An expansion/overhaul mod of epic proportions, with entirely rebalanced gameplay, expanded factions, new gametypes, graphical overhauls, and five new factions; stealth-based Confederate Revolutionaries, tower defense-inspired Atomic Kingdom of China, economy-focused Mediterranean Syndicate, DotA-esque Order of the Talon and spammy Electrical Protectorate.
The Horizon Rapid-Fire Artillery is an excellent T2 weapon strong against infantry and light vehicles, and is an excellent partner for the Guardian. When used in conjunction with the Guardian's target designator, the resulting boost in effectiveness can make it deadly even to heavier, well armoured vehicles, and it's long range makes it effective as an anti-artillery weapon. If threatened by a threat too strong to face directly, the targeted Chronoshell can freeze your enemy in place while you bring in a counter, escape, or both!

Good job on the model. I like the little wheels at the front, but what is their purpose? I only because the tracks are so large, much larger than you'd see on most half tracked vehicles.
I'm pretty sure the front wheels are for faster and more accurate turning capabilities.
