u have to extract the files with winzip(wich i use) or win rar or whatever u like and copy them in \Documents\Red Alert 3\Mods!

After I downloaded it I can't play Skirmish, I can't choose my army, can't choose map. How do I fix this?
Try making a new Paradox Profile. That has always fixed it for me.
Heres a way to make it work without making a new one:
1.Go to AppData\Roaming\Red Alert 3\Profiles\(profilename)
2. Delete Skirmish.ini

You need: a legal copy of Red Alert 3 (preferably in your language). This mod (download is above obviously). Install help is in the readme, if you need help PM me.

am other way to make that stealth tower to not stealth befor compleatly ready is to make the stealth activetble by sec ability,that can't be used befor constraction ends

Same issue here.
The maps Last Resort and Swimming Hazard appear as large question marks for me when selected in skirmish mode, and when selected as the map in skirmish, the game stops working. Haven't tested online yet.
It tells me this in the error:
Can't open patch stream data/maps/official/map_mp_6_feasel2/map.manifest
Besides that, the rest of the mod works fine.
