This mod alters many sounds, adds new gore and death effects and adds several new gameplay elements to improve the immersive aspect of RO2 and RS, including new weapons, dynamic movement speed and configurable zoom options.

Shame it isn't developing anymore. Awesome mod, I truely enjoy it.
It's too bad this is not being developed anymore. Heroes of Stalingrad & Rising Storm works amazing, it just gives me chills. If only it worked for Heroes of the West... The British speak Russian
it stopped responding everytime i add ROsoundmutator.ini onto config folder

There is no IOM server for mee.
Singleplayer is still vanilla too.
I just installed it with installer.
