Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak - More Maps v1.0
This mod adds many features to DoK including 13 new skrimish/mutliplayer maps, 2 new factions and all the other existing DoK mods wrapped into one mod.
Features:
- All 13 campaign maps are playable in multiplayer
- New super carrier faction
- New blank faction
- Option to extend the maximum zoom distance
- Option to enable red sensor bubbles around enemies in replays and as spectator
- Custom layouts for spawn locations, resources, artifacts etc. may be loaded on any multiplayer map including FFA maps
- Custom balance patches may also be loaded
- Replays show extra information such as current tech progression for all players
Windows Installation:
- Download the files and unzip the contents
- Run install.exe / intall - if this fails read TROUBLESHOOTING in the zip file
Mac Installation:
- Download the zip and extract the contents
- Copy the contents of the mac directory into Steam/steamapps/common/Deserts of Kharak/DesertsofKharak.app/Contents/Resources/Data/Managed

I think this mod only work for Steam version because I am install the game with EPIC GAMES version and when I'm replace the file correctly the game will launch with steam instead

The mod works for me currently using the steam version. I recommend you install the mod to a desktop folder with the launcher and then simply drag and drop the Data folder that will be there to your games directory and it works fine.
I installed this mod and I see nothing.
Hi I couldn't find how to play the super-carrier faction. Can anyone help?
A few things I noticed.
There are no back button in the production tabs for the Fathership, so you have to deselect the carrier and select it once again if you want to build something in another category. No power shanting system either. I also noticed that there are no requirements for anything. They have rockets from the start and can build everything.
Interesting. What have you done to change balance in the game?

How does one enable these options?
I have GOG version, this mod doesn't work for GOG.
pity, doesn't seem to work with whichever version of the game I have. tried overwriting the win32 files and the win64 files to no avail. it starts to a black screen and progresses no further.
Confirmed. Eve when you correct the location for installer files it launches the game with error message: Unable to detect steam, shutting down game.
