Elite's Conflict Mod v1.2 is a work in progress, we plan for a release late September or early October 2017 but more information will be available soon!

Elite's Conflict Mod v1.2 Closed Gamma released in February 2017. For this release we received more feedback which allowed us to polish off content for the full v1.2 release. The primary difference with Gamma is new models and textures however, we will continue to critique balance and add even more content to the game. Access to this version was only given to a select group of dedicated and experienced players.

Elite's Conflict Mod v1.2 Beta released in August 2016. It featured new maps, units, and planets as well as a ton of bug and balance updates. Massive amounts of feedback from the community and the expansion of our mod team after this release has allowed us to develop many aspects of this game that previously would have been impossible to work on.

Elite's Conflict Mod v1.1 released in early June 2016. Our goal for v1.1 was to have the fans play the game and submit feedback, giving us the opportunity to fix any issues we didn't find prior to release. It also allowed us to finish extra content that wasn't quite ready for the previous release. We want to say thank you to all of the fans who commented or messaged us about what they would like to see or any problems they had.

Elite's Conflict Mod v1.0 released in early May 2016 and was a success. We accomplished many of our goals and learned a lot from a smooth release and this great community. We created a new balance system and awesome mechanics, added more lore and new units, new music compositions, updated descriptions and names, created a recolored user interface, new planets and maps, and a lot more to an aging game. We are happy with the achievements we've made but we continue to strive for perfection for our fans and for ourselves.

  • Empire at War: Forces of Corruption UPDATE!?!
    • This morning, only a few minutes ago, Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption received a 10.6mb update that has fixed some game issues and restored balance to the force by once again supporting multiplayer game play for Empire at War and the Forces of Corruption games.
    • I know our team is thrilled to hear this fantastic news! I want to thank everyone in the mod community, we've made this happen. It's nearly unheard of to bring a games multiplayer back from the dead and we've done it! We also want to thank Mod DB, Petroglyph, Steam, Lucasarts, and Disney for allowing this to happen and for acknowledging our great community and the hard work every mod team has put into this game.

Rebels and Empire have a mostly complete hero set, just with mostly balancing tweaks needed. Corporate Sector is still a work in progress with the heroes. But we have some very good stuff planned for future releases. Progress is coming along though! :)

What is the Corperate Sector?

Do natives on neutral planets get a beefed defense system? I feel like beutral worlds and natives should have their own unique defense, or ground heroes or random ships with hero traits but different skins, like make a normal looking civilian be a random jedi, or a random ex-bounty hunter or gun-slinger. It would almost make fighting civilians a random unexpexted encounter. To me, that sounds very StarWars.
