We cannot wait to continue building this mod and finish everything we've started. Our team has dedicated thousands of hours throughout the past two years to bring you the best experience possible.

Elite's Conflict Mod v1.2 is a work in progress, we plan for a release this spring but more information will be available soon!

Elite's Conflict Mod v1.2 Closed Gamma released in February 2017. For this release we received more feedback which allowed us to polish off content for the full v1.2 release. The primary difference with Gamma is new models and textures however, we will continue to critique balance and add even more content to the game. Access to this version was only given to a select group of dedicated and experienced players.

Elite's Conflict Mod v1.2 Beta released in August 2016. It featured new maps, units, and planets as well as a ton of bug and balance updates. Massive amounts of feedback from the community and the expansion of our mod team after this release has allowed us to develop many aspects of this game that previously would have been impossible to work on.

Elite's Conflict Mod v1.1 released in early June 2016. Our goal for v1.1 was to have the fans play the game and submit feedback, giving us the opportunity to fix any issues we didn't find prior to release. It also allowed us to finish extra content that wasn't quite ready for the previous release. We want to say thank you to all of the fans who commented or messaged us about what they would like to see or any problems they had.

Elite's Conflict Mod v1.0 released in early May 2016 and was a success. We accomplished many of our goals and learned a lot from a smooth release and this great community. We created a new balance system and awesome mechanics, added more lore and new units, new music compositions, updated descriptions and names, created a recolored user interface, new planets and maps, and a lot more to an aging game. We are happy with the achievements we've made but we continue to strive for perfection for our fans and for ourselves.

  • Closed Elite's Conflict Mod: v1.2 Gamma Information
    • Our team is preparing to release the Closed Elite's Conflict Mod v1.2 Gamma to a select group of players. On February 10th, 2017 the mod will be privately releasing to our testers. With this, we hope to thoroughly balance the mod and correct any issues that our dedicated fans can find. Everything included in the previous updates will be apart of this release!
  • Applying For Testing Information
    • Each player currently on the Tester List will be messaged before February 8th, 2017 by one of the HEROIC Studios team members.
    • If you have not been messaged by this time or you would like to know ahead of time, please message {HEROIC}Elite.
    • We are looking for preferably experienced Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption players who care about the mod and will give us detailed feedback and suggestions.
    • This release is not just an early access to new models and content for any player that asks. Please do not use any of our content for any other mods or projects, except for personal use for the time being.
  • Elite's Conflict Mod: v1.2 Information
    • The full release of Elite's Conflict Mod v1.2 will be releasing for everyone in late February or early March. More information regarding this will be available later this month.

Just me again with yet another question. Sorry, i seem to be bombarding you with them, however this will be the last for some time!

Have you any intention to spice up the space station aspect of the game? I have always found the space station system very lacking and limited in this game, i was wondering if you share this feeling?

I was thinking if there could be a way during the single player campaign to build different types of space stations. The first tech level space station would be the standard outpost but after that if it were possible to upgrade and branch out into different types of stations, each with individual models...

For example a military station based on the scarif planetary shield station. Pros would include more weapons, hard points, shields and fighter squadrons. Cons would include not being able to build larger/capital ships, less credit income.

Ship building station, Pros would include being able to build all levels of ships, faster build times, cheaper costs. Cons would include less defenses.

Economic station....well you get the general idea of where i'm going with this. It could add a whole new layer of strategy to the game and make it more interesting. Obviously i imagine it would take a lot of work to implement and i'm not even sure if would be possible. If i remember from the thrawns revenge mod they did something different with space stations but not quite as complex.

Are you still looking for people to test out the mod for you? Because if so I gladly would, I've been playing this game for three years now and have played dozens of mods, some good and some bad and I want to help this mod become one of the good ones that becomes popular with players and modders in the community.Thanks-RTFM

Excited for the new release.

Do you have any intentions to add more character/hero units into future versions of the mod?

For example general Antoc Merrick (X-wing), admiral Raddus (Profundity), Cassian Andor (U-wing), rogue squadron, Asohka Tano and the Ghost crew for the rebels.

Special stormtrooper battalions (501st, death troopers etc), Inquisitors, 181st tie squadron (soontir fel), black eight tie squadron for the imperials to name a few.

Nice to hear from another supporter! Yes we do, they likely won't be appearing in v1.2 but for future releases we do intend on adding even more heroes into the game. :)
