Updated Release of the DDOF shaders. Tested on patches 1.0004, 1.0005, and 1.0006. Contains some bugfix for v1.00. See detailed description.

This is the first release of the DDOF shaders. Tested successfully on patches 1.0005 and 1.0006. Should also work with 1.0004.
Please backup your user.ltx file prior to installing because it will be modified (only the r2_aa settings will be affected).
Aiming to the sky will not reset the focus distance what can result in incorrect depth of field blur effects. However, aiming to any object (anything but sky) will reset the effect correctly. At the moment I'm not sure whether this can be fixed with pure shader code at all or it is an engine misbehavior which can be corrected only by scripts (which would definitively only work for patch 1.0006).
No issues apart from the above known at the moment.
