secondly the soviets need a sea faring bamf unit like the rising sun and allies have, the mammoth tank shouldnt always destroy the factory its made from, the ragnarok tank is somewhat unneeded leave it in or dont, the gunther tank needs better range because it seems to kill itself whenever trying to kill air units, maybe slight damage decrease to natasha laser damage, slightly more health to kirov since boost is ALWAYS used, and the soviet bamf defense tower needs to NOT suck up power plants and mine/friendly units when it is active, my alternative idea was to replace that bamf building with the effiel tower tesla coil like from red alert 2 campaign which kicked the crap out of everything.
thirdly the empire of the rising sun needs to not have so many bamf units from the war factory it has like 4, the mecha gun run needs more health as well as the shogun executioner also both need to attack air units or make gun run more effective at attacking air units, or lower the executioner build time since if u shrink it, it does 1/10 the damage and send 2 bombers the thing dies, the shogun battlestar doesnt show up in the docks if your on a map where you start with a shogun battleship, maybe multiple yuirkos like the natasha clone, and have the bamf unit expand ground control a lot and the tri-force turrets need WAY more range and WAY better rate-of-fire.

i do have some thoughts about slight things to make it even better.
You can ignore everything else BUT a must have is the game AI USING the BAMF units, that is something i would LOVE to see since the hardest difficulty is too easy since they dont use them.

first being the allies need more bamf units like a super guardian tank and a better tanya or multiple tanyas like natasha clone, since the spy and athena cannon as bamf units kinda sucks and everybody online sees the spy even in disguise and the harbinger when switched to the mini gun should take out aircraft.

are you trying to install this mod? or the game?

mod-first need to save it when u download it then go to downloads in my documents and extract the file to my documents/ user/ red alert 3/ mods. no mods file then MAKE one.

Game-need latest update or u got the game second hand and need an activation code that is good for 3 individual installations on 3 separate computers

i cant start this mod... i have 1.12 but seems to require 1.10 how do you make it automatically start to 1.10 on the browser i dont use desura or steam...
