C&C Retarded is way more than just tweaking a few units here and there, it is the realization of my ideas without persecution. I make up ideas I know no one else would come up with and implement them into the game.

wasn't that darker oni off of Uprising? I don't remember who used it though but i remember seein somethin like that on one of the missions where you have tanya and cryo legionairres and your supposed to freeze the oni and not destroy it
