Remember the days when arcade games consisted entirely on your quick reflexes, button mashing and side stepping to achieve victory! I certainly do, this is why im currently working on project ARCADIUM.
With waves upon waves of enemy's running at you with only one intention what do you do? You fight! Make your way through countless arcade style levels in either tradition top down arcade action or the brutal fps mode, with countless power ups to make your job easier!
Arcadium will have extras like:
- Player lives and respawns
- Limited ammo power ups
- Both Traditional and FPS POV
- Changeable levels of gore
- 5 - 7 Different weapons
- Randomized and classic game play levels
- In level difficulty changes

Finally all this hard work the Zombie Boss Interactive Team has been doing is now up for download, lets start with some new media. I have taken the time to add up some new screenshots for you all with tasty little thumbnails so you can all quickly go see what all the fuss is about. Just simple click the thumbnail of choice to view the full image.
A few things have changed since the last beta release, these include but are not limited to:
- Fixed TP Camera
- Fixed Player Movements/Controls
- Fixed Pickup Boxes
- Fixed NPC Spawns
- Fixed THESHOWMAX map
- New entities created
- NPC Progressive Difficulty added
- Random spawn location added
- New weapons added
And we have noticed a few bugs in the release which I hope wont effect your game experiences all that much:
- Player model disappears when in TP
- NPC colours don't appear when in TP
So the Beta 2 release has had Zeeky and myself running around trying to get the mod to work how it should, we both put have put in a tone of hours to this mod and we both hope you all will enjoy it as much as possible. Thanks to all the support and all the Mod Watchers out there!

Errr, I am able to launch the game and start playing, but as soon as I shoot my gun, I end up crashing. Anyone else got a solution?
hmm thats odd, ive never run into that problem before.
what are you running? spec wise?
I just got back form playing beta 2 and wow. That's nice. My disappointments are the bugs that are already know and some personal opinions. The cells look way to bland. Maybe add some neon color lights or something.
its a possibility, you will see a more direct style in future additions. Think comic books :P
You're going to make all textures and models cartoony I bet. Well let's hope that you have a shitload of time on your hands :D
Ooh, that sounds pretty cool. I was hoping (though sure) that the current level textures were temporary.
yes thats right, its better then the dev textures but not the final thing
I can't remember if I've commented on Beta 2 yet but it's really good. It's great to see the mod progressing and I like all the improvements (especially the funky coloured combine). The only problem I foresee is that there are quite a lot of health power-ups and it might be a bit too easy. Otherwise, keep up the good work, I'm looking forward to the next release.
well with the progressive difficulty we try and find a nice even balance to the gameplay. Trying to make the weapons even is a hard job. But you will see some results soon.
Oh i think you will be surprised, the ZBI team is working on a new build and there will be news out soon!
