All I want to do is rig models 24/7 in blender. Ah it would be a dream come true. I'd have so much fun!

This was map i was working on shortly after Portal 2 was released, only got around to uploading it now :/
The map makes use of a custom squirrel .nut script to detect where the player lands and then it will trap them with the floor panels. After 4 seconds one of the panels will open allowing the player to "escape".
I also wanted to experment with adding a darker vibe to Portal 2. Not to remove the humour but to have a stronger dark vibe than it currently has.
The screens in the intro and exit where going to show DOS promt style messages from GlaDOS where she would nicely tell you that she has control over your life and that the only reasion you are alive is because she finds it fun to watch you scrabble around like the little lab rat taht you are.
Also to add to the dark vibe I placed a cropse in the observation to cast an errie shadow on to the other wise bare floor.
Oh and whats up with Wheatly, I don't know really. I jsut thought it might be intresting to have him talk about the map. kinda crappy :/
To have it all work required a custom squirrel .nut script file abd about 400 uniquely named tiles. I made a simple program to place and name the tiles because I did not like the thoughs of having to do it all by hand.
400 Panels was about the max i could get in before the compilers would start freaking out, took a bit of fighting to get it down to a decent limit.
