This group has been formed to gather the people who enjoy Japanese anime and all of its facets, to salute the people from the land of the Rising Sun. It's also a good place for those that have been influenced by it to help them create the mods they are working on.

It's the same with the Mech Fans group; it's probably site-wide.

I should also mention that I'm great at grabbing reference shots and worked with Project Lift for quite a while gathering information for them.

If anyone needs some direct image grabs for modeling/design purposes, send me an email or something.

Well, most dubs are bad compared to japanese originals and often are not exact translations. The only good dubs here in Germany so far are Haruhi and GITS:SAC. No idea how it is in your country.

There are some really good and pretty bad ones here, and plenty of each. Code Geass has a pretty excellent dub, and I think FMA was pretty true to the original. (off the top of my head, there's tons more out there)

The dub for Zeta Gundam was bad, but the subtitles they included in the DVD release were even worse.

Sometimes they leave entire sentences untranslated (no subtitles appear), and the dub is more accurate to what they are actually saying.
