Лучше ставить последнюю на данный момент английскую версию 1.5 с нексуса(без вырезанного контента, коий в выше упомянутой версии вернули) и всё гарантированно будет работать. Правда придётся начинать новую игру. Иначе, некоторых(и местами важных) НПСи на месте не будет. Что до файлов _lang, то с ними всегда проблемы. Для нормальной работоспособности многих модов их желательно удалить полностью, заменив на аналоги со "слитой" с оригинальными файлами игры локализацией.
Whether are installing at you mods like EVE, Project Nevada, A World Of Pain and other mods influencing on gameplay, weapons and armour? Apparently, they can somehow influence the NV40k content. Partially or completely "interrupt" it,depending on quantity of simultaneous connection such mods. At least, to such conclusion come in myself, trying to deal with the same problem in the previous version.However, I and could not understand up to the end to what it is connected.

I think I'm a little mistake at the expense of the author JQ Warhammer 40K. His full nickname is Jannix Quinn and it is quite possible to find forums.nexusmods.com (although his last post, I was able to find dates back to the year 2012), and there he was strongly opposed to the use of their content on third-party mods. As for copyright, as far as I understand, the author of the content withdrew from the community and mods development for a long time. Therefore, the problems with the placement of its content should not be. Suffice it to just give him as the author of the available models in this mod.
As far as I remember, Servo Skull model was to Customizable Warhammer 40k Conversion by roland3710 for Fallout 3. If this is possible, it would be possible to contact the author and ask for this model.

I always watched progress this mod and I liked that that you do. Eventually, on Axis & Allies not too it is a lot of mods to me it was possible to see. Especially such as this. So I hope, that its development nevertheless will proceed.

А мне Морской Скорпион нравится больше. Я бы вообще хотел бы, чтоб в моде было больше RA2 стиля и элементами из RA1, добавляющими определённый реализм(вроде тех же советских казарм например)

It would be not bad to add patch compatibilities with Project Nevada mod and to expand opportunities of the power armor space marines. To add to helmets of all space marines functional devices of night vision and an opportunity underwater breathing\breathing in a free space.

Было бы не плохо добавить советам ядерный реактор, на подобии того,что был в RA2. Да и вообще, подстроить стилистику зданий под новый Тесла реактор и казармы. Смотрелось бы эпично. Нынешнюю советскую пусковую установку (супер оружие) заменить на ракетную шахту из RA1. ИМХО, она бы лучше соответствовала новой стилистике. Так же не мешало бы немного больше поработать с оригинальной кампанией (если это возможно конечно), где часть новых\переделанных юнитов просто не работает. Вместо них остаются старые. Помимо этого, у меня есть идея насчёт абилки для советского зенитчика. Это разные типы боеприпасов. Одни наносят больший урон авиации, а другие - танкам. Переключение между ними свободное, как и у абилок оригинальной игры.
