This mod is a Warhammer 40k Conversion for Fallout New Vegas

Mod Features


The NCR has been totally converted to the Imperium, including imperial guard forces, Adeptus Arbites, deathkorps of krieg, space marines and sisters of battle. The boomers have become elysian drop troopers and gun runners the skitarii


The Legions and bandits have become the Forces of Chaos, including bloodpact, chaos space marines, khorne beserkers and cultists. The deathclaws have also been retextured, so they look more like daemons and the jackal gang are now DarkEldar


The Viper Gang and Great Khans have become the Eldar and Renegade eldar respectively


The Black Mountain supermutants have been converted to ORKS


The brotherhood of steel have become the Soul Drinkers


Many of the wild beasts that roam the wasteland such as mole rats, bloatflies and ants have been converted into Tyranids, hermaguants or termagaunts


Future Addition to the Mod


This mod Features a number of customisation options such as choosing the space marine chapter/chaos space marine legion that is used during the mod. However the new space marine customisation addition to the mod allows users to mix and match shoulder pads, gloves, backpacks, arms, legs, etc. Each piece of the space marine armour can be customised amongst the number of presets already in the mod, which will grow as new chapters/legions are introduced into the mod.

additionally there will be several additional customisation options added to the mod from feedback and other ideas such as replacing cadians with deathkorps of krieg, or changing the brotherhood to tau instead of soul drinkers, and so on. The mod aims to add a great deal of customisation to the mod so that it can best cater to individual user preference

please keep in mind that the mod is not yet finished and there are still a great variety of weapons, armor and faction tweeks which can be made and any feedback, bug reports, new ideas or other tweek ideas would be greatly appreciated


STEP 1. Ensure you are running the latest version of the game
STEP 2. Download Mod Files
STEP 3. Extract them to your fallout directoryoverwrite files if necessary
STEP 4. Select any additional addons and move them to the root data directory-including space marine chapter addons, etc..
STEP 5. Download Fallout Mod
STEP 6. Activate the files you want through fallout mod manager-Note, order is important. put mod files under core game files with esm files at the top
STEP 7. Launch the game
STEP 8. Have Fun! and dont forget to subscribe/endorse for more fallout warhammer videos!

==Known Errors==

-can be caused by a corrupt .esm or .esp files, try reinstalling.-the game itself is also known to crash
-crash fixes will come in updates

--------giant red ! in the place of models--------
-this means that either you have a corrupt .esm or .esp file-or that you have not put the 'meshes' folder in the right directory

--------funky textures--------
-means textures are missing, probably not in the right directory

--------only textures working--------
-means that you have the textures in the right directory, however the .esp or .esm files are not activated

Whats up?


sorry I have been away for so long!! I have been super busy with university (college) and did not have time to work on this mod. however during my last break I put together a huge release which completely overhauls the mod in its current state. These preliminary changes are outlined below, but are subject to change or additions. the main release is virtually finished, just needs some polishing. I have also modded the dlc's, however I have not had time to fully test them.

Fallout 4 Warhammer 40k

I know you have all thought about it!

I would really love to , but whether or not I can do it really depends on how easily Bethesda has made it to port weapons and armour over to that game. if they are using a new skeleton for characters or the power armour modding system is complex, it might not be possible. Re-rigging armour to the new skeleton is unfortunately beyond my abilities at the moment.

I will be putting images and videos onto my youtube and I hope to release this version soon but it really depends on my uni (college) workload. until then please feel free to comment what you think, any ideas I can include in the new release and what else I should change.

  • krak grenades can now be purchased for use with your grenade launcher. they have high damage but a low explosive radius. (i am still experimenting with these however)
  • overhauled every warhammer weapons health, value, weight and fire rate
  • overhauled every warhammer armors DT, value, health and weigh

Any update on the next release at all? Also, would it be possible to make the Grey Knights optional? I feel like the wasteland isn't quite important enough to merit their continual presence as patrols. And on the subject of options I feel like having the option to make the Brotherhood of Steel Tau rather than space marines would be amazing

Excellent! More there is nothing to say. The only thing that remains to hope, so this extension compatibility not only with the official DLC, but also with other mods in the future.

Hey man,do you know about The Rogue Traders ? People that explore uncharted regions of space accompanied by The Imperial Guard and maybe contingents of Space Marines ? Well,what if The Mojave is in fact a planet newly discovered by a rich and influential Rogue Trader.The civilization nuked itself to oblivion (hence why nobody knew about its existence) but the planet possesses a really valuable resource which is needed by all the major players (The Imperium,The Tyranid,Tau,Chaos etc...),and I thought that this might be a background that closely fits both the Warhammer 40 k universe and Fallout.Well,guess I got a little too excited.

I think I'm a little mistake at the expense of the author JQ Warhammer 40K. His full nickname is Jannix Quinn and it is quite possible to find (although his last post, I was able to find dates back to the year 2012), and there he was strongly opposed to the use of their content on third-party mods. I unfortunately could not find his e-mail address or any other possibility was to contact him. At present, it is not obviously possible to know if he has changed his opinion on this matter is now.In JQ40K - READ ME file also not indicated any such data

Cool screenshots! I am happy that the work on the mod continues. I hope that the new update does not take long and we will have a new incentive to re-pass game ;)

the main release just needs some polishing. it will take me some time to work out the dlc's as i have only played 2 of them so far and will require a little more testing

Is the mod fully changed to a 40k enviroment, or is it still the Mojave Wasteland?

I'm having some trouble with the mod. It seems to be working fine until I get into the game itself. With the opening title before I play the game 40K picture and music is there, but when I hit new game I just get the same NV experience. I'm just wondering what I would have done wrong.
