they are all in one Fortress but in the next version you can choos between Lothlorien, Rivendell and Mirkwood

I dont believe any of the Company will be in the next version, except Dwalin and Balin. About the dream team of Middle Earth, each will have a little rework to better follow the films ;)
it requires a lot of work to balance each ability and damage they deal, or any other stuff.But i have a real balance patch planning in the future. Dont worry about Thorin, he will be reworked...

i will see what can i do for the Easterlings, if i dont find the time to make them mini faction, ican prolong their summon for sure.
And what is the problem with banner carriers and free building system for good factions?
i choose Harad as a mini faction because you can recruit cavalry and stronger archers, in which aspects Mordor is lacking, and also Mumakil of course :)
And Easterlings serve as a very strong summon because they are elite units..

Easterlings are not a mini faction, they can only be summoned from the spellbook. About Allatar and Pallando, i dont have the time to include them also, but i will manage to include them in some future versions
none of them is in gamedata, to edit their values you have to open each of them and change it from there
honestly, it depends on my free time, but when i say "soon" it means that i will try to release it as soon as possible
1. im alone because i choosed that way. When i started modding no one had the time to show and help me with the modding so i decided to do it all alone. Besides, im a wery unpredictable person and thing oftenly doesn not go acording to plan, and if i have a team of people, that means they demend of me and my guidance, and i dont want people to wait. I only have KingDain as a consultant and tester, a couple of guys who help me sometimes and thats it

he is using animations from the Summoned Dragon. I dont believe he will fly in the next version since the dragon doesnt have flying animations :)
he is too strong to be a regular hero so he will stay as a summon only. Besides, Smaug properly doesnt belong in any faction because "Smaug pays allegiance to no one" :)
i removed the front legs and bind his wings to his front legs position, so when he moves, the wings act like front legs. It looks decent ingame but i yet have some testing to do ;)
unfortunately if i make his neck longer, then the model will become weird since it will not be bounded with his animations properly, same goes with his tail.. :(
i dont think dragons are stronger than Balrogs, maybe great dragons of the First Age but i doubt Smaug is stronger than Balrog. Besides, how can he defeat a Balrog, with fire? :)
well thats odd since i dont have that unit in the mod :/

Smaug will be summonable in this version also, he is too strong for regular hero.
