Then you are not familiar with the philosophy of my mod and dont understand the purpose of those limitations. Uruks are one of the strongest units in the game, so they must be limited. They are heavy units and are limited to 5. Medium units are limited to 10 and Elite to 3 battalions, while basic units are unlimited.

Isengard is a tricky faction with most complicated gameplay. It is really a struggle with Isengard in early game, but once you get Uruks, it shouldn't be a problem, especially since Wildmen are still trainable even after "Industrialization". But some balancing wont harm...
Can i get some opinions about Angmar? Is everybody silent about it because it sux, or you dont have words to describe its awesomeness?
Its totaly different when you play vs AI or play vs player.
Other player will have limitations, therefore he cannot cheat, but AI can cheat because it avoids those limitations. Some factions dont have limitations and that is why they are imbalanced vs some other faction.
But the fact that you are noob also counts :D
If you dont know how to play, than that is your fault, not my mod's (*kidding) ;)
Yep, i figured it out too, i lost the AI somewhere in the process, so now good faction overwhelm evil factions. Evil factions in general should have weaker units but in great numbers + weak buildings, and good to have smaller armies but stronger + stronger buildings. There are even some restrictions but AI seems to avoid them so because that, there is some imbalance between them. But i will work on that i the future...
Regular Galadriel gains her last power when you get the Ring to the fortress, but Ring Galadriel doesnt, and i fixed that for the next bugfix, dont worry.
I checked Bolg and every ability works fine.
Barrage and catapults purple fx will be fixed also, as soon as i find out how... but main thing is that forged blades are fixed :/
Angmar WK have smaller radius because he fights with a smaller mace than Mordor WK. Also, in Angmar you have Rogash who has large attack radius, so you dont need two heroes with that kind of attack.
Yes, the Inn and/or Signal Fire buildings are not on every single map, and that is good thing, becasue you cannot have everything on every map. You have to build your strategy depending on the map, but none of the main factions depends on a minifaction so much. Mordor for example can play without problems without Harad, or Gondor withour Dol Amroth or Rohan. Minifactions are only bonuses to some main factions. But to some, they are much more important, like Elves, but Elves dont need Inn or SF to use minifaction.
Sauron is a destructive power on his own. He is quite strong, has massive damage and enormous area of attack. So he dont need some more destructive powers. I just gave him "Rain of Fire" ability again becasue it is replaced with "Summon Grond", and its very cool power :D
Im yet to do some more testing about Siege weapons...
As for selecting units, im working on that also, for the next bugfix...

Attack Trolls are good against both buildings and units, also you have Catapults, so Mountain Troll is obsolete. He is only for Early-Mid game until you upgrade Minas Morgul. Balance is everything my friend :D

1. Dale units are supposed to be only for support, so they are cannot be built, only summoned. Erebor is strong as it is, even without Dale.
2. It works, you only have to cast it in the center of a battalion
