The central pillar is neat. I guess this is an elevator entrance; If it is supposed to get high (I mean, more then 2-3 levels), you could have a solid window on 2 opposite sides or all around with some impressive environment overview :)

Source works the same way on any system, .txt files are recognized the same on all systems; Long story short, I'm as well a PC user, and it works :) Source of the prob is Steampipe, and here's a "proof" (a mod which had this issue and got a fix): Moddb.com

This gun isn't supposed to be hold by its magazine, you often see this in movies because it looks better and "badass", but in fact it damages the gun and lowers the rate of fire because the bullets aren't pushed correctly in... I read some documentation a while back about WWII guns, what I said is explained in the Sten Wikipedia article for instance :)

The lighting, the atmosphere, the colors... God, perfect.
Is there a changelog? I played the mod last week, after finishing the original game in Hardcore, and before uninstalling it to gather disk space... So I can see which screenshots I can upload and post as reports ^^' (if 90% are useless, well... I don't want to waste you time)
I think the way the room is built its size isn't adjustable, maybe adding a carpet would reduce the "too wide" aspect, but if you look at how he built the walls with curves and columns it seems fine.
About the ceiling, judging by the fireplace size, it seems OK. Now, nowadays, the ceiling are higher than in not-that-old times (I know houses from 60's which I can almost hit the ceiling without problem). But even, there's room for space + painting + 2x space above the fireplace.
If he removes the chandelier, heh, lighting?
Maybe the middle could be a bit curved so the chandelier would be a bit higher...
For me the room looks nice as is :)
Or move, or show a more large area IMHO; Even, why not a great panorama with some activity? :)
About NPC: maybe the black of the head contrasts too much with the white; But dunno how to make it look "better" :/ The rest of the reskin is quite nice, like it :)

It's strange, the terrain looks more colorful while the houses are still gray, but I guess the work on shaders and model skins (Maybe models themselves?) for terrain has taken quite some time, and it is stunning :)
