Low-poly 3D Modeler, Texutre Artist and high/low-poly promotional artist. While I'm not increasing my risk of carpal tunnel and burning my retinas out, I enjoy survival type camping, dancing with and henceforth killing innocent woodland creatures, as well as taking long walks on the beach.

I am seriously tired of mods saying that something is a WIP to completely dodge critique. It makes no sense...why would you even post it then? I wouldn't post a render of a cube and say it's a WIP of a ferrari, and then chide everyone that comments saying "It's just a WIP".

Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I feel that every single image you post up is basically promotional art; why would anyone post up promotional art that sucks....unless they want people to critique it. Accept or debate the criticism; thats all that you gotta do

With some other company I might wait to offer any opinion on C&C4 and might say that criticism this early is idiocy, but this is EA, how many EA games have you played? How about C&C3? RA3? I have a great disdain for EA, their games have been nothing but rushed out of production and ruined/decreased in value greatly. I do not have high hopes for C&C4, and what little has been released has not impressed me one bit. In fact when I heard of it my first thought was "How bad is EA going to screw it up this time?".

And whilst I know Westwood sold out to EA I still find the games by them better, RA2/YR are still my favourites. Renegade was rushed and altered, the old trailers were much more awesome than the entire full game, and I am 95% certain that EA had something to do with the failure of Renegade.

EA ruins every idea they get sent through them, Black & White 2 and C&C3 are prime examples of that.

Of course this is 98% my opinion, but my opinion is fact to me. If you can somehow conjure up proff that EA does not ruin/decrease the value of every game they have made in the past few years then please show me.
