If you are getting D3D E_OUTOFMEMORY dumps, then the issue is with your system and your video card running C&C3, not the mod itself.
Try updating your video card drivers.
It kills me because this looks so excellent and I was really hoping that this mod above all others still in development would get some kind of release.

I have actually given up on any new mods being released for C&C3 now. I was really looking forward to playing this, Renovatio and Tiberian Dawn as well.

v0.3 will include radical changes to gameplay and a number of new units.

There have been several balancing changes made that make this relevant.
PS: In the actual game it is merely called an "MQ-9 UAV" so as to not upset the Soviet Reaper.
You purchase them from the Tactical Command Center and that's it. They don't require an airfield slot.

In the testing stage, there was nothing worse than a wayward liberty firing a plasma cannon burst at enemy units and wiping out several of your units in the process.

v0.3 will be a much bigger update than v0.2 with several new units, maps and abilities.

For those who state that "the mod looks completed" - hardly.
We have yet to see anything relating to particle effects, weapon FX, sound FX, support powers, infantry, menu UI, veterancy, AI or anything along those lines. That is hundreds, possibly thousands of hours of dedicated work right there, and that isn't even including mapping, creation of civilian assets/props, bug hunting or anything like that.
These are the realities.
This mod is either:
A) Dead, or
B) Moving at such a slow pace that it likely wont be released until 2020
C&C3 was released seven years ago. This mod has been in development for six and a half. In that time, we have seen the release of Mideast Crisis 5 years ago, Tiberium Essence 5 years ago and CNC Fallout(my baby) over 2 years ago.
No updates in over a year. No indication that anything has been done in over a year. No hate, but as a mod leader of a major released total conversion; these are the facts.

So far so good, a bit of feedback:
> Is it actually possible to have buildings that are destroyed when they are destroyed? It looks silly to see a building get hit by the ion cannon only to have it still standing there afterwards perfectly intact with a few scorchmarks. This annoyed me in the original Renegade as well.

They are doing this for free - if you don't like ironsights then go make your own game/mod.
It's a crate surprise! Similar to the Nucleat T108 that many of you may have picked up from crates in v0.2
The Australian mobile repair vehicle was scrapped several years ago as the C&C3 engine didn't fully support what I wanted to achieve with the unit.
Without giving away too much, there will be numerous additions and balancing changes made in v0.3. I am listening to everyone's feedback.
All beta builds from this point are public.
Prior to the public beta v0.1, we had numerous private beta builds that were only available to our testing team. "public" allows us to denote the difference between the two.
