Totally agreed on everything gr13v0u5 said, except it clearly deserves more then merely 8.5 out of 10. It has flaws, yes, some of which obvious, like HUD not being customized, like strings becoming "missing" in the middle of the missions, like longhorn only giving back 1 unit...
Like installing into "MY f--in DOCUMENTS" instead of the MAIN GAME FOLDER, which I personally hate (in fact I hate the sheer idea of "my documents" folder, what a crap, oh please forgive me, and old-DOS-*** for the offtopic, my be it's just C&C3 mod system, not allowing to install mods into main game folder, never really modded for it myself, the last game I seriously touched was C&C Generals (a lot of time ago), all that "Red Alert 3" stuff when there was no "real" Ra3, you know...)
But again, I know how hard it is to get a good mod done, let alone one featuring not only SP Campaign, but also convincing FMVs(!) and voices, and (at least) mainly NOT borrowed from somewhere else.
Aside from that, let's consider what **** EA has thrown at us and named it "C&C 4". That CHEAP **** after gorgeous C&C3? How is that possible? I still can't believe it... And now that mod comes out, featuring everything one could expect from a quality C&C game.
It's like a gift from the heavens after what THEY CALL "canon" C&C4, like a breath of fresh (oh! Tiberium-filled) air!

Considering all that, my vote is more emotional, then logical or criticizing, but I'm giving it 10 out of 10. I know what I'd criticize, given NORMAL C&C4 e.t.c., but we have what we have, and this mod is like the only thing saving the situation, so again 10 out of 10.

The roaches photo:

Look at the back of the roach (at the back (a*s)) of the roach. You can see that there are two small "tails" akin to those of this unit. (Only they are WAY bigger in your unit.) The unit also has six wheels, and the roach has six legs.

Sorochonozka is W-A-A-AY longer than a roach can be. A unit, which looks like one will take half-a-game screen, if not entire screen in width or height to fit.

So, from my point of view, it's a roach =)

No, Shurik, it looks like a roach! Believe me, when I say if something looks like one specific insect =) My Father works in the zoo with them. I've got tired seeing 'em. Now, this specific unit looks like a Madagascar Hissing Cockroach. At least many features are common =)

Ok, if it's just after the moment you lose your weapons, then just forget it, you are not going to get into this arsenal, you are going to get into the one very far away. You are not going to have your weapons back right from any arsenal in fact, they will be stashed in a room near.... Well, let's say near one of the most beautiful moments in the mod =)

And if it's in the room, where a camera robot closes the door on your approach, you can see some supply boxes to your side, if you can stash them in a ladder manner you can get yourself to a powerplug on the wall nearby and disable the camera robot. I guess that's it. =)

Я прошел все на 1.1.1.0 -- иногда вылетало, но более чем проходимо.
Т.е. критических ошибок не было.

I've played it using version 1.1.1.0, no "Steam", no nothing. It threw me back to desktop sometimes, but it was working fine by me, no critical errors or anything like that.

DAMN, THIS IS PURELY AWESOME!!!
Passed it through like it was life =) Look kinda like S.T.A.L.K.E.R., but much better (from my point of view). (Mainly due to better game dynamics and such...)

But I haven't got it how to receive different endings -- 'what should I have done to...?' For example kill Breen or save Barney...

Another reason to try this one again =))

Wanna play it.
Half-life: Source looks scary these days. (Even thou original Half-life was my favorite game back in the days, when there was no HL-2 =) )

So I really-really hope this mod gets released, because I couldn't see any really new content being released ever since the last update on your site in May. And even then I've seen mostly multiplayer maps.
This makes me worried.

I got used to believe my eyes and ears (released content), rather then just words (posts, comments, promises, e.t.c)

The KKND2: Remake is still alive and kicking. We have encountered several real-life problems, but we're back in action now.
A very big part of work has been accomplished. Many bugs and other issues have been solved.

We are still working on Series9.

Yeah, there is no 'logical module' in the game's engine to make normal construction of the naval yards possible. The best we could offer is a pre-existing naval yards to be captured by an engineer in the process of the game. But even this would have been a bit useless, cause AI doesn't want to construct ship on water. Strange bug...
And another strange bug happens with the ship locomotors in the game (the 'thing' in the code, that makes a ship move) -sometimes a ship can partially get on the shore, or, eventually even come out of the water and start moving on it just like a tank or a vehicle! Especially if the shore is not a cliff.

Tried and tested, sadly enough...

Only two problems:
The ammount of cash is too low for such prices. You can edit supply docks to provide more cash =)
And the quality of unit speech sounds is low.
Otherwise this is an amazing mod!
Keep it up, wanna play final release one day :beer:

If he still carries for the mod he'd better show up, cuz C&C 3 Demo is out and it's great, and the full game will soon follow. He somewhat like promised to release beta buy that time, and I stll hope he still holds his promise, yet I'am not quite sure after hearing about him being missing for 2 months...

If by "stats" you mean "the Score screen", then we already did our best to make it like it was back in KKND2. Of couse it looks a bit different, but still close enough to the one in KKND2.

You have misunderstood me. I'am talking as a mod developer, not as a regular player. I have no problem placing them myself. What I'am talking about, it that you can not make the engine (the game) automatically place them normally. The player has to do so manually, and also the player can mistakenly place them on land, this possibility is what I call unsolvable (this means you hold no responsibility towards it) bug. Also all ships have a locomotor problem, which sometimes causes them to partially get on the shore, and sometimes even roam it like tanks. As far as I know (and I also tried it multiple times myself) there is no known solution for both of this bugs.
