Sucks to hear that you are cutting the weapon list by almost half (one of the main reasons I play stalker is because of all the juicy guns and other sweets) but I can probably see why... polish n all that gibberish.
I dont get the ppl who complain that the guns are not realistic enough blah blah... more guns = more toys to play with imo.
Someone best get started on making a guns mod for this mod :)

i love the biodetector and everything but will there be an option to turn off the beeping noise? i can see that getting a tad annoying when theres alot of activity.
I finally decided to play lost alpha because i love exploring n stuff... i was in the cordon just outside the big tunnels and i saw a house so i thought this must have something in it right?... its kinda dark and i didnt wanna waste my batteries so i braved it... saw a shadow, a very small shadow.. i turned on my flashlight and saw what i immediately thought was a child (joyeous moment) only to find out it was some lonely deranged midget who wanted all my canned corn. Just read through changes again and didnt even see the fact that you are adding in guides (similar to CoP im guessing?), that is a welcome addon if i ever saw one.. i always hated travelling to the cordon from the bar for example.
Quick question, this is nothing game breaking but is sure annoying, will the AI (especially in combat situations) still be able to push the player out of the way indefinately, an example is if im using cover and i have a friend with me... will he still be able to push my character out of the way?
And say if i have a companion with a flamethrower... will he be wary of his surroundings or would he just spray that **** all over the place including his allies?, many a times have allies died at their own friends bullets.
Is the northern tribsmen invasion inspired from the wildlings? or is it more like brittania barbarians... either way its about dam time because those gauls need an overhaul imo... too much chainmail and not enough squishy parts.
In terms of fun and replayability then yes this is the best mod out imo.
I can feel the legendary no-dachi clawing its way back to the full invasion multiverse.

this is a custom battle, what does this have to do with the mod?
i like the changes but having those heralds of khornes on horses is a bit overkill for immserion especially since the horses are basically invivisble (no occlusion), couldnt you have just made them overall tougher?
I understand where your coming from but you do realise this mod already has formations right? and i think i need to be a little more clearer in what im suggesting... im not saying add anything in from blood and steel like weps or area effects or any of that (this mod has area effect weapons already) im just saying the battle AI/formations in blood and steel are far superior to those in this mod one example is in Blood and steel you can make ranks like 2 ranks 3 ranks etc whereas in this mod you cant... just a small example, you cant deny this fact if you've played blood and steel and this mod, im not being a **** or anything but i think you misunderstand what im trying to say lol... the way i see it if your gonna have AI formations you may aswell make em the best kind not the "everyone scrunch up together" formations that cause lag and crappy mob battles + playing most mods that have ever come out for warband i must say the blood and steel formations are the best ive seen, if i could i would do it myself but alas im no modder.
P.S. no disrespect or any bad intentions.
Theres a LOTR mod (cant remember name) that has an area effect attack for large enemies ie cave trolls... they actually strike multiple ppl in one attack and it works extremely well, if its possible, it would make the larger enemies in this mod much more immersive and deadly... and again im not comparing the 2 mods so please dont reply with something like "oh i dont like that mod so nahh"
please read it again and realise im not asking for anything in particular to be put in, im just saying this mod would benefit greatly with the same AIformations/tactics that are in that mod... i know that blood and steel is a mishmash of crap (some good) but the battles in that mod are epic. just because you hate the mod doesnt take away that fact.
The only reasons im suggesting this is because i love this warhammer setting and i only want to see it grow.
Do me a huge favour and go play a mod called "blood and steel" and tell me how awesome this warhammer setting would be with that mods battle formations/AI tactics, my only gripe with this mod atm is how the AI (infantry) scrunch up into mobs even with formations on... not only does it create uneccesary lag it also makes the battles less exciting and this being a warhammer mod i think the battles should be more spread out instead of mob on mob because lets face it a chaos mob vs an empire mob always ends the same way BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!.
Im not comparing the 2 mods in any way but in my honest opinion if this mod had open field battles like blood and steel... i would most likely have an ******
from the sounds of it you have a corrupt download or yeh some strange configuration anomaly... try downloading the full version if you didnt and keep trying stalker!.

hard yes... but fun? really? your forcing yourself to miss like 80% of this game by only using that pistol, this to me just goes to show how easy this mod actually is (if you know what your doing obviously)... ive heard of people trying to do without to make the game feel more realistic but to me hearing you say that you've completed misery multiple times with that pistol just seems ******** :)
are you seriously saying that you only used that pistol even in all the scenarios where that seems so unlikely?
your right about the zombification, this mod is walking on the fringes of playable as it is let alone having legions of dead wandering around.
concerning the change in textures to better optomise the game... to be honest i would rather have at least an option for the older more beautiful textures because imo the vanilla textures suck *** big time, and the game hasnt become more stable in terms of mini freezes etc at least for me anyway.
speaking of blowouts, are you adding in options for the blowouts in how they kill people? (i dont like to compare) for instance in the complete mod i think? you could either have them completely obliterate people/kill them like normal or it would turn them into zombies... because honestly i still have no idea what effects the blowouts have on npc's.
and for some more clarification do mutants spawn more after blowouts or not?
sorry if this has alread been posted but im the kinda stalker that would be smoking pot with noah talking crazy **** all day (lazy).
you should have a pair of red tongs in your inventory, just use that and it will show a list of all the artifacts you have currently stored... the rest is history.
ok so far everything has run smoothly, not quite as smooth as the last stable version for instance (could be on my side but i doubt it) when noah shows you the path through the fire anomalies he bugs out when he gets to the end, he keeps jumping off to the side and it loops until i actually jump in myself (nothing gamebreaking).
2nd thing i noticed is that in the 2nd half of jupiter the floor texture glitches out and goes quite dark (as if its got 2 textures mixed) i can clearly see this as the difference between the 2 textures is ugly and detail draw distance seems to effect how far you can see it.
3rd thing i noticed (i figured out that this beta is poorly done lol, no disrespect after all it is a beta...) is that the traders kinda seem messed up in terms of them updating their inventory, it seems like it has everything to do with savs so you probably know that already.
honestly i havent really noticed much difference from the last version except the obvious added features, the game is still ridiculously easy imo (i completed every mission including mercs/iron forest all in a sunrise suit and a 2nd grade helmet before even going to jupiter), obviously i will hold my final judgement until i get my hands on your full version which for the love of god please hurry up :) i cant stand knowing that im going to have to start again no matter what.
Im sure ive missed a couple of other small bugs but nothing gamebreaking, ive had no crashes or save corruptions so far and im about half way through which is nice.
The thing that makes it too easy for me is the fact that people are fricken easy to kill and they always have decent loot on them, often expensive items too which makes money have no real impact, most of the time im about 10kg over my weight limit stocked up on drugs/porn and more drugs yet overcumberance has no real effect since i can just spam more drugs allowing me to carry 120kg no problem.
being a douchebag LOTR enthusiast i have to point out that it was the gondor steward that jumped off, he was no king he was far from it... bastard tried to burn his own son alive!, he got what he deserved. if only u could set ppl on fire in this mod...
