From that picture, it looks like you are playing on a way older build than 1.06. Also, spawning all the weapons using impulse 101 will create a greater lag spike.

If there is a Greenlight button, you are running 1.05. Make sure to download 1.06.

The patch version will be smaller in file size.

All you need is Source SDK Base 2007, which should be free. If you have any HL2 Episode game, then you will have it.

Make sure you downloaded the full build and not the patch version. Also make sure that you placed the folder in your SourceMods folder.

They have not been canceled. The National Guard will come eventually, most likely to be implemented into Survival.

That is the only barricading option currently.

Will be really awesome. But I am wondering mostly how it will run. Will there be latency issues?

Aside from minor issues that we are aware of, the big thing that has slowed the mod is animatons(Like most mods are.) That's why were looking for some extra help. We have animators on the team who do a fantastic job, but the progress is slower than what we would like. Once we get past this hurdle, the game will be much closer to release.

This has actually been done for months now, just have never released anything about the system :)

Yet Im part of the development team.... but if you say 5 years, who cares. Rising looks like a great looking mod, some people go for graphical taste, others go for the great gameplay. I think both mods will both have great outcomes. Theres will have stuff that isnt that great, and so will NMRiH.
