C:\
I MEAN IT, just trash the mods folder in and use the shortcut on the desktop to run the mod

there are 2 things that he mean.
one:he did not extract it
two:if you download it from filefront there will be trouble extracting it
i had this problem too so i had to sign up and download from moddb
