I'm pointing this thread directly to some BF2 modders who are extremely irritating. This includes the moderator, InSovietRussia. He's no help at all. They all agree with somebody's point such as "Lololollo look! A fag". That's actually how this all started.

I'm suggesting better moderators that just don't stand around agreeing with troll posts. I'm also suggesting a better "report" button or maybe "report posts" buttons...because I've had enough of these people.

What exactly are you talking about here? There is no moderator called "InSovietRussia" as far as I know. I did find a member with that name but he is definitely no moderator. Do you have a link to this thread you mentioned?

Just send the links to me via a pm. If you want something done quickly talk to a staff member like myself.

He is a moderator.

Alright thanks...but I forgot to mention; they lie about me quite a lot.

I have no idea who the guy is and I've been on here daily for eight years. I'd suggest using moderation staff who are more involved with the sites community.

He's a moderator on BF2's mod page. He's good at posting mods back up, but I'd say bad with interacting with other people.

Here is the troll, "americunt", insulting me even more on my profile.

"Faggot and super faggot? "

Now here is what InSovietRussia said to me

"startin shit. Out of here or I will go Stalin on your ass and send you to Gulag. "
When I was just saying something :[

Sorry to bump-ish, but this guy does not deserve moderator. He and a couple of friends invited me to the steam chat to troll me.

Would be good if moddb could have a block users function, usually ends this sort of thing. Could always use the report user button for anyone when they post a comment that is not quite right, not sure if it give a form to fill out, mod team seems to be very effective at answering it :)

You know contacting a staff member gets the job done just as well.

I'm afraid to do that because they (the trolls) are fairly good at making up lies.
Honestly, it looks as if InSovietRussia jumped the troll wagon in trolling me. He does not know what exactly happened/lead to this...he just got invited by americunt (by using lies) to troll me...

Anyways, who are the staff members here? o.O
(Henley, since you are one, could you help me?)

If you stay on different mod teams and stick with different projects, after a while you realize that the teams that argue all the time and have these kinds of problems are accelerating the death of their project. In good teams there is a clear distribution of roles, a Design Document to follow and a general consent about keeping things on a professional level.

Make your experiences with that, but don't expect justice. If anybody does what he's supposed to, Justice is served. And, in my oppinion, community involvement should begin late in the game dev-cycle, so closely before a beta release, e.g. Saves your team a lot of hassling like what's mentioned above. It distracts from the workload and causes bad Karma.

Actually, this did start on a normal day in my mod team. I was a tester. Americunt came along and just trolled me.

Alright, I just PM'd you staff members and I got no replies.

Waffle, would you mind explaining why every comment on IDF:FFI and on my page were downgraded?

Also, why are you slandering me on a public thread? This should of been discussed privately.

Sure, I overreacted and deserve to loose mod status, it's not a big deal. But this is ridiculous.

It's probably because there are only a few, very limited, forms of warfare on this site.

At least they aren't posting reviews claiming your mods contain viruses.

That's not how it works, and your actions have consequences. In this instance, public humiliation. Enjoy.

If you wish this to be forgotten about, why do you bump the thread? It seemed to be already forgotten. And the last post was on Jun 30...
