The Plague mod for Dawn of War

In the not too distant future, an attempt to develop a revolutionary, anti violence biological agent is undertaken. However, it has fairly limited success, and has an even greater potential. An attempt to terminate the project goes wrong, and a single subject escapes, spreading the deadly and contageious disease. The diease spreads quickly across the human mind, turning many brain section off, and literally killing most of the body, only for them to rise and attack others. In an attempt to control the spread of the disease, many infection controlling teams, and large scale weapons are being used, sometime indescriminately. The civillians find themselves unable to rely on the military might, and take up their own arms against both the infected and the indescrimate government military. Its a fight for survival, that no sides can win....
