The Collapse v1.3.2
PatchSome bugfixes from version 1.3.1, some new features and a rework of the starting nations.
It's there, and you will be able to find snippets of it in events, decisions, and descriptions; but it's not too cohesive so I will not write it here yet.
Expect a shattered world, with some nations having content, but most just being playable enough.
The pet-project of SS leadership, Burgundy was a buffer state between France and Germany before the Collapse. It can choose to expand either in the former-french lands or to try and recreate the German Reich, but if the leadership is toppled, it can reform itself into a democratic union of different peoples.
Normandy is what remains of the french government, and it is still considered a great power on the world stage. It still holds the dream of re-uniting the french lands, event though this puts it in direct odd with Burgundy.
After the Collapse, the military government of Japan lost most, if not all, of its power, which was picked up by the four largest mega-corporations: the "Zaibatsus". These powerful entities now battle for complete control of Japan's economy, all having their specific vision to implement.

I can't figure out why I can't form the United Kingdom. I have Scotland in my Sphere and they're my puppet, and I am a Democracy, but it is saying I haven't met the government requirement despite Democracy being listed
were both you and scotland democracies?
hey mate, the mod is a lot of fun! The shatterred word is quite the experience. One bug that I found is the tech "Stable and Fluctuating Energy Separation", it's the second last from the left collum, but tech got 1880 as the unlocking year, being very cheap to research as well. Now a personal opinion, I saw that the last version nerfed helicopters, but it seems, at least in my opinion, there is no reason to use them no more, they are a recon unit, but fighters and bombers are better recons, defensive and offensive-oriented, plus the 600% support, while tanks are offensive siege and engineers defensive siege. In my opinion, make heli a siege, with better stats than engineers to make them viable, as they are expensive, and maybe defensive-oriented to complement the tanks, if anyone reading this, thank you for taking some of your time to read my random rumble :)
fixing the tech bug has been added to the to-do list, and I will look into rebalancing helicopters. Thanks for the suggestion!

the question is why, in the territories of the former, vassals of the Reich, there are no territories inhabited by the Germans?
they didn't have the resources to displace the people, but there are decisions to do precisly that during the game.
It's clear.
and, why did the Poles remain on the territory of Prussia?
After doing some research, I should probably move those polish pops to other counties (probably poland). will add to the to-do list for the next update.
