-occitania is no longer a great power: Normandy has taken it's place
-the Russian Revolutionary Front now has an event to centralize and become vanguardist
-the Russian Revolutionary Front now gains cores on nations that join it
-occitania now has Marseille as capital
-the papal states now change adjective when becoming a republic
-socialist muscovy now has a flag visibly different from the soviet union's
-france will now get all of its core territory controlled by spherelings when formed
-burgundy now dissolves into belgium if it loses it's french territory
-belarus now has belarussian as primary culture and no longer accepts germans by default
Politics
-socialists, communists and vanguardists now all have their different party loyalty focus
-the "Living Space" decision of imperial protectorates now works as intended
-unhappy workers will now try to form unions and go on strike
-fascist militias can form and will try to repress unionized workers
Diplomacy
-you can now force a sphereling to adopt your form of government (with consequences)
-launching nukes now works better and gives feedback
Technology
-researching technologies now takes a similar time to the base game
-"stable and fluctuating energy separation" now unlocks in 1990 instead of 1880
-"stable and fluctuating energy separation" now takes a normal amount of research points
Install Instructions
Download the zip file and extract inside of the "Victoria II\mod" folder.
Inside of your "mod" folder should then appear a "The Collapse" folder and a "The Collapse.mod" folder.
Then start the Victoria II launcher, select The Collapse int the mods list, and start the game! (make sure to disable all other mods)
