-buffed planned economy to make it viable to use

-made communist parties use planned economy instead of state capitalism

Install Instructions

Download the zip file and extract inside of the "Victoria II\mod" folder.

Inside of your "mod" folder should then appear a "The Collapse" folder and a "The Collapse.mod" folder.

Then start the Victoria II launcher, select The Collapse int the mods list, and start the game! (make sure to disable all other mods)
