done i convert the file for mw3 game and all mw2 maps that are in mw3 game textures loaded fine you can check and download from here and let me know if there anything missed : Youtu.be
dds files also with converter , you can convert them for mw3 game , Mega.nz
make sure you run the converter exe by admin

I have put an idea forth on the discussion page for v1.2 of mod.

This would be good if you actually didn't break most of the textures with transparencies. Its an eyesore to watch everything that involves 2D textures turn into squares. If that cannot be done since you're using DXT1 compression instead of using DXT3/5 for transparencies,then it would be best to select only the textures without transparencies to upscale. I'd assume the main purpose of this is to make the game look better, but with the issues mentioned above it does the opposite.
I found software that identifies transparency better, Was supposed to be DXT5.
Seems there may still be some transparency bugs and maybe some base texture bugs:
