Looks very nice.
Thank you very much for this new and improved version of your mod.

When I had a look at the files I noticed that textures_3.iwd had a texture 3 folder which contained an images folder.
The other .iwds had a different structure ,where they only contained an images folder.
Is this correct?

Actually it wasn't loading that IWD, I'm going to have to redo my stabilization process to get all of the maps working correctly.

Imgur.com

May not be mod related ,but I noticed Bombsite C is missing its Icon. A and B seem OK. Maybe check this too please.

The game mode with 2 bombsites ,is it Demolition?

You have to destroy 2 of the 3 bombsites.

I just checked ,without mod.The same issue is present -it must be game related bug. Only noticed on Mission and Village map so far. The Mod is not causing this issue. Ignore looking at it -unless maybe your mod could fix the game issue maybe.

I am really liking your new edit 1.4 ,tried that today -was happy to see it available. Good job . I hope other users can download and enjoy it too.

There is nearly 6000 textures used on the regular Non-DLC maps, many of them are re-used from MW2, but the mod for iw5 will take significantly longer, I'm especially concerned about the engine problems that were fixed with IW4X possibly not being implemented by plutonium, however only time will tell.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but it seems this one has some oddities as-well:

Mediafire.com

Ttextures with transparencies breaking, normal maps are the same as previous release, shadows somehow got darker (probably the engine having issues with the amount of higher resolution textures being loaded), certain maps will just crash on attempting to load.

I'd like to point out its interesting how you separated the textures in multiple files. I attempted to do this as-well to see if it will be more stable. Not sure if it made a big difference but I made sure to keep each archive similar to vanilla file size, 150-160MB each.

The reason for separating the files is to account for the x32 filesize limitation. 21.3MB is the maximum image size after generating mipmaps and compression. The engine does have issues with some textures being upscaled but I unfortunately don't have the time to single them all out. I'll do another revision at some point that seperates the mod into prefixes, loosely grouping textures with other similar models.

Yeah I realized this as-well and tried to lower the filesize of the archives and remove certain textures that were deemed too high. It seems issues start to appear with the normals and possibly speculars. If I remember correctly, long ago when I did custom textures I had issues with converting the normals as-well. The engine wants it a specific way, which is somewhat common in other game engines I've modded. But with Call of Duty, there isn't much open documentation.
