Makes MW2/iw4x less potato, Upscaled most color textures by x2 and some by x4, minimum 4-6Gb Vram recommended. Install by copying folder to *game*\mods\High(er)_Resolution\Zer_(re)ghiH.iwd Accidentally left bots mod in the folder but you can just delete it.
