Now it needs an Update of new Half Life Update it came because i cant run it now.

So since Valve Updated Half Life 1 the mod rendered an error on start so it needs an update too sooo yeaa....

Will it have addon compatibility ?

No i use the latest update 8 and even if i put only just the mod it still gives the same error as you see in the picture, and if i rearrange the order of the addons its the same thing.
