In what order do I need to put the Max Starbase Upgrades mod to make it work?
Why are the Eldar complete garbage in this? No matter what squads, vehicles or weapons I get Heavy Infantry like Khorne Berserkers and Chaos Marines laugh at my damage as they kill me in seconds.
Give it to the Inquisitors. They will know what to do with this HERESY! =D

Actually it makes me think more of the Heroes in the E4X mod which is an amazing idea for Sins. If it is implemented into this as well as it was for E4X then it will be awesome.

Anyone else find it weird that AI Borg can offer you missions, when they do not even have the necessary research to do so?
Any plans on changing the start-up video that showcases 6 different factions: Federation, Klingons, Romulans, Cardassians, Dominion and Breen?
Considering you guys put the Cardassians and Breen in with the Dominion and added the Borg, making 5 different factions of: Federation, Klingons, Romulans, Dominion and Borg.

Enforced Loyalty: Whether I have just 1 level or 2 of the Quadrant Bred "Alphas" research that you have to get to be able to get Jem'Hadar ships in the first place, they still do not get increased Turn Rate. At least, it does not show up as a bonus when selecting the ship like all the other bonuses do, such as Weapon Cooldown, Shield Restore Rate and things of that nature. No matter what ship, with no matter what level of research, I have never seen one affected by Enforced Loyalty's "Turn Rate 20%" bonus. Or any of the Turn Rate bonuses from levels 1 and 2 of the ability.
The Leviathan's Enforced Loyalty ability still does not seem to give any ships the increased turn rate.
I have not played the newest Diplomacy release but I have noticed in the current Rebellion mod, the second level of the Miranda Refit does not provide any additional bonus over the first level.
Other than that, ERMAHGERD THIS MOD IS AWESOME! All hail the Dominion!

They are doing great on putting out one new ship texture every 2-4 weeks. As for actually releasing their mod, their last release, which no longer works because of Rebellion going from 1.1 to 1.52, was over 8 months ago.
I just hope they manage to find the time to pick up the pace a little.
It would actually be awesome to have a sort of mini-mod add-on that would make all ships have HH Shields. In my opinion, it seems more realistic and Star Trek-y.

I do not know how you did it but I am looking forward to this mod even more than the Stargate Invasion mod, and I friggen LOVE Stargate!
While I know you are not adding certain ships because of the time-frame this mod is set to but I was wondering if you guys ever considered adding in the Enterprise as seen in the new Star Trek movies.
Perhaps you guys could do a sort of mini-mod that is activated separately from the main one that adds it in somewhere? Maybe as a capturable ship in a special location?
Well, at least we know that when this mod finally does get released, it is going to look absolutely spectacular.
One problem I have noticed with the Flagship add-on is that, if you have it as your Fleet Leader and have other ships in your fleet, when getting ready to phase jump if the other ships have completed their formation they will go ahead and jump, even if your Flagship has not entered the formation.

Goodness. It was quite a shock going from 2.98 to 2.981. Losing the range increases with weapon upgrades and the overall decrease in research levels, as well as loss of logistic upgrades and research speed increases for everyone is noticeable. Yet, at the same time, having them taken away does help lower the almost DBZ level of power 2.98 had and helps make things a bit more balanced.
Great work on this. Though, if I am going to be honest, I probably will still play 2.98 a lot. >_> TEC Loyalists with 7 Starbases ftw!
I re-downloaded the mod to see if it was something wrong with my files and it seemed to be, because the abilities are working now.
With the Enforced Loyalty, though, the only boosts I see the Jem'Hadar getting is from their Alpha Quadrant research which provides its own turn rate and chance to hit. If it is not supposed to stack with Enforced Loyalty, making its lower boost absolutely useless, then everything seems to be in order.
I am not sure if my download is messed up or something or you guys are still working on the Dominion, but some of the Dominion Elite Ship abilities do not work properly.
The Leviathan Enforced Loyalty ability only provides the weapon cooldown, not the turn rate and chance to hit powerups and its Founder Command Ship provides no bonus at all.
The Keldon Class Domisitic Intelligence ability provides its bonuses at Level 1 but at Levels 2 and 3 it stops working completely.
There might be some other stuff I am missing but those are the ones that come right to mind at the moment.
