I'd love to try this. I hope this expands or there's an eventual sub-project for Ruby/Saphire/Emerald. Those be my fav (after Gen1 :P)
This is really incredible, just wow.
But I have to ask, why did you drop the smooth reaper hull designs? Why are they all very geometric and hard.
I recall that Sovereign and Harbinger both had smooth hulls, but that the new 'sovereign-class' reapers from ME3 suddenly had the plated, structurally weak look. Why did you go from the smooth hull, to the plated ME3 look?
This level was awesome!
I just put some LAMs on the stairway wall and triggered the cinematic, then ran the opposite way, next thing, boom.
No more Gunther >:3
Can't believe it's almost been 2 years since my comment.
Thinking about it now, I wonder if the game would still feel like 'Deus Ex' if bump mapping and dynamic lights were added.
Where is this song from? From minecraft?
Looks great btw!
Do I really have to add to the list of people who tells you that the DL link is broken??
Please re-up it!
This obviously looks really great, but I have to ask...
Do you intend to make a fully functional Stargate system like that of GMod?
This is really awesome! You went through a lot of effort and kept it very true to the series.
But may I ask why the custom music and not just the real song?

unfortunately I havent been able to play it. Install error even with the latest Air.
That PC one looks like a port from a HL2 mod.
This looks great, glad I found this.
I was actually searching for a mod that simply adds all the units/structures from TTwilight to KWrath for the variety and fun, and because I could stomach the new CC4 system, but this will be great too.
Hi there, can anybody help me out? I'm looking for a TSun/FStorm mod that simply adds more units and/or structures to make the gameplay and variety better.
Not a total-conversion with a new faction or plot and stuff. Just legit and quality looking units/structures to make the game more fun. That's the one thing that I wished they had time to do in Tsun/FStorm.
Can somebody help me out here. Are any of you aware of a mod for TTwilight that makes the gameplay/UI like the classic sidebar and tiberium system?
Or perhaps a mod for TWars/KWrath that adds all the units and buildings from TTwilight to TWars/KWrath, just for the fun and variety of it?
I tried playing Twilight, but I cant take it seriously with the new UI/system. Thanks.
So this mod is finished? As in completely done? That it bitter-sweet, but I am happy for you guys. Congratulations on making a great game. (I know it's a t-con, but it deserves to be stand-alone :3)
Can somebody help me out here. Are any of you aware of a mod for Tiberium Wars that adds units and structures from Tiberium Twilight? Not a total conversion, just add-ons to make it more fun?
Can somebody help me out here. Are any of you aware of a mod for Kane's Wrath that adds units and structures from Tiberium Twilight? Not a total conversion, just add-ons to make it more fun?
This could be worth watching.
But, I'm always looking for compare pics, and I think this needs something like this:
What do you mean not using UE3 and artstyle changed?
I've fallen inlove with the current art style
True dat, why pirate indie games??
They're usually of better quality than mainstream games, so th eprice is good.
A game should be expensive coz it's got a major logo on it...
NOOO!! Make it stop! I can't handle body horror!!
Sweet, is this for TSRising?
I take offense to your statement,
And maybe you should read what this project is about before telling us to do what we're already doing and making demands, atleast give us kudo's or a vote for mod of the year next time before you demand stuff
Ah... Nothing like a good old fashioned trolling,
Cool, this is just what it needs to get that dystopian nano future look
Great! I can't wait for this, I recently bought a combo box of the first two games, and in preparation for the 3rd (or chronologically the 1st) game, I'm playing through them again, but the low (as in F*CKING low) resolution textures make it hard to take seriously, especially when the camera 'dramatically' zoomed in on the intro guy's (3bit) eye.
So this mod will be awesome for the series
Okay, firstly, directional lighting refers to light sources that, i dunno... come from a direction? So yeah, that's in at least a 100 years ago.
As for god-rays (AKA, volume-lights or light-shafts), I dunno. They haven't posted anything on aesthetics or postFX, they did mention that they will focus on postFX later, as screen-space AO and vector motion blur and directional occlusion and all that would take a butt-load of resources, and they are trying to keep the requirements base-line for all.
Which is pretty smart of them, but so far they have been doing great with high-level effects on standard jazz.
If they were to do god-rays, then David would probably code up some super script that would make crysis feel like a red-headed stepchild. Either screen space, pre-modeled low geometry shafts at key places or 'slices' method used in cryEngine2 (had a PDF on it, could someone direct me to it?)
(PS, no offence intended, just my way of typing...)
C'mon! It's a Kane's Wrath STARGATE mod! How can you stop!?
So real! Eyes... burning!!
And I'm glad you like my design, thank you very much.
