That's exactly the conclusion I came to.

Paper seems to be the choice of players who think their strategy out. It represents the reserved player who stands back and knows that people underestimate the power of paper. They know people think paper is weak at first hand. I mean really, what is paper going to do give you a paper cut? But in the end people know what paper is really capable of doing. Don't underestimate us because we can end your entire world. And then in the end all the scissors and rocks look up to us and say, "Save us!" we'll flitter down like pieces of paper and whisper, "no".

Cool... Time to break rules. I'm a tactic player but I'm for rock... why? Decoy motion. Throw a rock to make your enemies look the other way. Try doing that with a piece of paper :P
