The Zone of Alienation mod is an adaptation of the renowned AMK mod. It is built on top of a specialized variant of AMK that uses a magazine system. From this premise, it has expanded to aim to include the following:
Doing this mission correctly wasn't as hard for me as trying to get it to record properly, I had more trouble with the latter.
just a little weak shotguns
Oh yes, the two break-action sawn-offs are the weakest in the game, at least they are with buck.
The long-barrel shotguns seem to be a different story, all of them are now also very accurate.
All of the weapons I picked up and used in this video are in horrible condition, which makes their accuracy extremely poor. As you can see, I missed with the obrez at point blank range, twice.
I didn't even use SMGs because I knew they would turn to strawberry preserve after firing a few rounds, but once repaired they'll be better.
Maybe my favorite mission in the game.
Hey mate, nice to see you doing progress. The mod looks great so far.
funny, I don't remember the mod having this much "real is brown"
Also why does the TOZ reload default to reloading 1 shell whether or not you've emptied it?
Seems because there is only an anim for loading 1 barrel instead of two, it's magic, I ain't gotta explain ****.
Why not the both barrels anim then instead?
Because I don't know how to do anims. :(
I really hope that everything doesn't look so washed-out, the whole GRIMDARK&EDGY thing isn't quite what makes STALKER look so hopeless
It's really just the weather, keeping in mind I did this during a thunderstorm, the game looks completely different depending on weather circumstances and time of day. In clear daylight the color palette looks more saturated, nights can either be moonlit and clear, or dark as ****.
I'm still sort of ****** off about how AMK hamfists its own method of handling weather that is incompatible with most weather mods. The sudden transitions rustle my jimmies.
STALKER Atmosphere is 40% lighting, 30% sound, 15% graphics and 15% gameplay. Please (Grizzly)bear that in mind.
