After the 300th time Rogue Squadron had to save Redemption, you'd think they could stay out of trouble. I guess if they are gonna finally get themselves destroyed though, might as well make sure the job is done right with the biggest explosion possible.
Though, without Redemption, who will we constantly be rescuing in a possible Rebel Strike sequel? The Nonnah again?

the Rogue Squadron games. I think you had to defend the ship in 3 or 4 separate missions
Isn't it referenced in the books as a simulator run too?
You had to defend it in several missions but especially in the Rebel Strike Co-op version, the audio clips were bugged so Redemption literally complained that you weren't doing a good enough job keeping fighters off it like...every 3 seconds.
That or the Lando bug where he kept repeating "We've gotta buy Han more time" over and over...and over...and over until the mission was done.
This comment reminds me of that series well. On battle of Endor, Razor Rendevous, Ison Corridor, and I think that's it (Rogue Leader, anyways)
I really like those dark textures, so looks so much more serious and realistic
